I have been seeing Isabelle weekly for close to 5 years now. She is SO knowledgeable and compassionate about her work, listens to you, gets to know your physical issues that need to be addressed during class, and has truly helped me become stronger joint-wise and muscle wise as I age. I SO look forward to her class!!! We have a LOT of fun, while I work! I highly recommend her for anyone looking for a Pilates class with reformers, towers, barres, or mats… she has it all!
I’ve taken Isabel’s classes for more than 5 years. I’ve done her group mat classes and for the last 3 years she has taught me in private lessons.It’s always been very important for me to stay fit and healthy.As a senior, high impact routines are no longer an option. Pilates provides strength and balance and Isabel works my whole body in each hour. I consider myself very fortunate to be working with Isabel.
This is a great studio and Highly recommend taking classes from Isabele . Great location ,clean and up to date. Isabel is very knowledgeable . I have learned more from her in a few classes than in many months of Pilates training over the years .
