Chelsea Baker

Chelsea is a passionate and grounded yoga instructor who believes in the power of movement, breath, and mindfulness to transform the way we feel in our bodies and show up in the world. With a gentle yet empowering approach, she creates a welcoming space for students of all levels to explore their practice, tune inward, and build a deeper connection to themselves.

Chelsea’s classes are thoughtful, intuitive, and rooted in alignment, self-awareness, and compassion. Whether guiding a slow, restorative flow or a dynamic vinyasa session, she encourages her students to listen to their bodies, honor where they are, and move with intention.

She’s here to help you breathe deeper, stretch farther, and feel more at home in your body.

Danny Cobin

Danny Cobbin is a RYT-500 certified yoga teacher, life coach, storyteller, and devoted father passionate about guiding others toward greater self-awareness, resilience, and joy.

Rooted deeply in the Inside-Out philosophy, Danny creates a nurturing environment that invites students to explore their inner landscapes with courage and compassion.

He holds an advanced 500-hour certification (RYT-500), reflecting his commitment to deepening his understanding and sharing the practice authentically. Drawing from his own personal journey of growth, authenticity, and embracing life's imperfections,
