In today's digital age, screens are an integral part of our daily lives. From work to leisure, we often find ourselves glued to our devices, whether it's a computer, smartphone, tablet, or TV. While technology has brought many conveniences, excessive screen time can have adverse effects on our physical and mental well-being. Here are some reasons why limiting screen time is crucial and tips on how to achieve a healthier balance.

Time Eye Strain and Discomfort

Prolonged screen use can lead to digital eye strain, characterized by dry eyes, blurred vision, and headaches. The blue light emitted by screens can disrupt sleep patterns, making it harder to fall asleep and stay asleep.

Utilize apps and settings that track and limit your screen time. Many devices offer features that allow you to monitor usage and set daily limits on specific apps. Encourage Family Time
