Are you craving a juicy hamburger but also trying to keep things healthy?

Look no further! In this blog, we're going to delve into the art of crafting a mouthwatering lean hamburger that's packed with flavor and goodness. Who says you can't enjoy a classic comfort food without compromising on your health goals? Let's get started!

Ingredients:
- 1 pound lean ground beef (at least 90% lean)

- Whole wheat hamburger buns

- Sliced tomatoes- Sliced avocadoes
For the

Burger Seasoning:

- 1 teaspoon paprika

- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

- 1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Seasoning: In a small bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, ground black pepper, and salt. This seasoning mix will elevate the flavor of your lean beef and give it that irresistible taste.

2. Shape the Patties: Take the lean ground beef and gently form it into equally-sized burger patties. Make sure not to overwork the meat to keep the patties tender.

3. Season the Patties: Sprinkle a generous amount of the seasoning mix on both sides of each patty. Press the seasoning gently into the meat to ensure it sticks.

4. Cook the Patties: You have a few options for cooking the patties: grilling, stovetop, or oven. For stovetop, heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. If grilling, preheat the grill to medium-high heat and cook the patties for the same amount of time.

5. Toast the Buns: While the patties are cooking, you can lightly toast the whole wheat hamburger buns. This step adds a delightful crunch to your burger.

6. Assemble the Burger: Once the patties are cooked to perfection, it's time to assemble your lean hamburgers. Top the patty with slices of tomato, and avocado..

7. Serve and Enjoy: Finally, place the top bun on your creation and voilà! Your lean hamburger masterpiece is ready to be savored. Pair it with a side of sweet potato fries or a crisp salad for a complete meal.
